Liam is very excited to be a Finalist in the Local Business Awards Canberra Region for Sole Trader! Liam wanted to thank everyone who voted for him and congratulations to the other finalists.
Liam has been assisted by the Australian Government through Creative Australia, its principal arts investment and advisory body, through a grant that will allow him to write, self publish and sell 2 new fiction books: The Cursed Planet and The Man that Everyone Forgot. Stay tuned for the launch of these two books over the next 12 months! The grant is part of Creative Australia's Arts andDisability Initiative. Thanks so much to the wonderful Creative Australia!

While in Adelaide Liam was privileged to meet a talented young artist, Grace Lam, who sells her colourful and original art and merchandise in her gallery - Grace's Gallery and Gifts at 109/7 Moseley Square, Glenelg, Adelaide - https://gracesgalleryandgifts.com Grace lives with Down's Syndrome, hearing impairment and visual impairment, and is an incredible and prolific artist. Liam was so thrilled that they were happy to sell his novels in their wonderful gallery and gift shop. Here is a fun photo of Grace and Liam when they met. Liam was thrilled that Charles Brice from ABC National News Breakfast agreed to meet him for coffee when Liam came to Adelaide to give his talks at the Adelaide Fringe Festival. Liam is a big fan of Charles who he sees on TV every morning and reached out to see if a meeting was possible. Thanks so much Charles for your generosity in making time to meet with Liam!

Liam is very thrilled that he has joined the crew at SpecSavers Woden! Liam welcomes customers as they enter the store and provides information and free give-aways. Here he is with the two store managers Hubert and Raj. Liam loves his job and the whole team here have welcomed him since his start earlier in 2023. He is there 10am-3pm Monday to Friday - come and say hello!
